Payment Terms and Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms
1.1 Accepted Payment Modes
All service fees for academic programs must be paid through one of the following official payment modes:
- UPI (Unified Payment Interface)
- Online Payment Gateway (secured via our partner portal)
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cash Payment (only at The Aacharya's authorized administrative office)
1.2 Fee Schedule
All fees are to be paid on or before the 10th of each billing cycle (monthly or term-wise), to avoid service interruptions.
1.3 EMI and Deferred Payment Policy
- The Aacharya is not liable for delays, defaults, or legal actions taken by the provider.
- Access may be temporarily suspended if EMI terms are violated.
2. Fee Structure
2.1 Core Service Fees
Includes delivery of academic content, live classes, assessments, and academic mentorship.
2.2 Program Enhancements
- Olympiad-Focused Worksheets
- Topic-Wise Test Series
- Talent Discovery Exam (ATDE) Resources
All content is proprietary and included based on the selected service plan.
2.3 Price Range
Program pricing varies between ₹30,000 to ₹2,00,000 based on grade level, features, and duration.
3. Refund & Return Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be entertained under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payments for the same service invoice
- Erroneous transactions with documented proof (wrong account transfer, etc.)
Return Policy:
If a user chooses to discontinue the service within 15 calendar days of purchase, a partial refund may be issued after deducting:
- Pro-rated cost of services availed
- Any administrative/processing fees incurred
- Any physical material or kits already dispatched
⚠️ Voluntary withdrawal beyond 15 days from the invoice date, dissatisfaction with teaching style/content, or switching service preferences does not qualify for a refund.
3.2 Refund Process
- All requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@theaacharya.com
- Supporting documents such as payment proof or transaction ID must be provided
- Verified refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days of approval and will settled within 90 days of approval.
3.3 EMI-Linked Refunds
Refunds for EMI-based payments will follow the financial provider's terms. The Aacharya only supplies necessary documents and will not directly process such refunds.
4. Payment Confirmation & Documentation
4.1 Acknowledgment of Payment
Users will receive an official receipt by email/SMS for every successful transaction.
4.2 Access to Past Records
Users can request past receipts by contacting info@theaacharya.com
5. Payment Convenience Options

- UPI QR Code: Displayed on payment page and office premises
- Cash Payments: Accepted only at official Aacharya offices during working hours
